Source Receivables Management is Hiring a Collection specialist Near Burlington, NC
Source Receivables Management is currently seeking Bilingual (English / Spanish) Collection Specialists to join our rapidly growing Call Center team in our Greensboro, NC office! We are looking for professional candidates who have a solid work history, enjoy working in a competitive environment, and are fluent in both English and Spanish.
$15.00 / hour plus uncapped bonuses!!
This position offers a competitive base salary plus uncapped bonuses to keep you challenged and rewarded.
Additional benefits include medical, dental, vision, FSA, accrued paid time off, and a competitive 401(k) plan! New hires are eligible for most benefits after a 90-day probationary period.
- Bilingual (Fluent in both English and Spanish)
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
- Background in customer service, sales, or collections is preferred but not required
- Great multi-tasking skills (candidate must be able to talk and type simultaneously)
- Be able to type at least 40 words per minute
- Self-motivated and results-oriented
- Calculate percentages and successfully perform other basic math functions
- Strong negotiation skills are a plus!
- Must be dependable and reliable
- Must be able to work as a team and independently
- Collection Specialists will make outbound calls as well as receive inbound calls to resolve past due accounts
- Be able to understand and educate consumers on account terms and provide payment solutions
- Maintains a positive attitude that supports the organizational culture and sparks teamwork
A three-week training course will be provided to all new hires. Attendance is 100% mandatory during training to ensure your success.
